Josh is serving as the Chief Executive Officer of the Firm. Josh joined the Firm in 2004 and has a passion to guide people through the challenges of their legal situations. He also enjoys to see the change in a client who came to the Firm very concerned or stressed but leaves with a real peace about the situation.  

Josh graduated from Texas Tech University with a bachelor’s degree in Finance in 2001, magna cum laude. He earned his law degree from Texas Tech School of Law in 2004, cum laude.

Mr. Micah Petrea

Micah Petrea is serving as the Chief Growth Officer for The Allen Firm and has a passion for people. Micah started working for the firm in 2012 as a contract hire and moving to staff in 2014. Micah enjoys figuring out ways to let people know that they have a partner to guide them when The Unknown's show up.
 
Micah graduated from Full Sail in Orlando, Florida where he earned an associate’s degree in Sound Engineering and a bachelor’s degree in Entertainment Business. He is a Worship Pastor in the Austin area and devotes time to work with nonprofits that help raise money for education.
