UPDATE: Got property tax concerns? Tomorrow, come get answers!
Additional resources have been added to tomorrow’s Property Tax Seminar.
East Parker County residents are invited to two meetings concerning the recent Parker County real estate appraisals -- one to help you act now, and one to help you get educated.
Thursday, May 9, 2019, join us for a Property Tax Seminar where representatives from the Parker County Appraisal District will explain what you can DO NOW to decrease your property taxes. Larry Hammonds, Chief Appraiser at Parker County Appraisal District, and Rick Armstrong, Deputy Chief Appraiser, will be speaking on property appraisal appeals and residential exemptions and will be providing actions residents can take NOW to address property taxes.
In addition, Stacy Lynch of Lynch Legacy will be there to provide real estate “comps” for several homogenous neighborhoods throughout East Parker County and will make individual comps for those who attend. A long time leader in East Parker County, Lynch is providing the help of her agents who will make sure individual home owners get the help they need.
Lisa Flowers, President of East Parker County Chamber of Commerce, has invited local tax professionals to be on hand as well, including the following:
