Dunson\, President\, Owner\, Senior Tax Consultant\n	Mary Robb and Greg Runnebaum of AAG American Advisory Group \n	Parker County Judge Pat Deen\n\nImportant details below. \n\nEast Parker County residents are invited to two meetings concerning the recent Parker County real estate appraisals -- one to help you act now\, and one to help you get educated.\n\nThursday\, May 9\, 2019\, join us for a Property Tax Seminar where representatives from the Parker County Appraisal District will explain what you can DO NOW to decrease your property taxes. Larry Hammonds\, Chief Appraiser at Parker County Appraisal District\, and Rick Armstrong\, Deputy Chief Appraiser\, will be speaking on property appraisal appeals and residential exemptions and will be providing actions residents can take NOW to address property taxes. \n\nIn addition\, Stacy Lynch of Lynch Legacy will be there to provide real estate "comps" for several homogenous neighborhoods throughout East Parker County and will make individual comps for those who attend. A long time leader in East Parker County\, Lynch is providing the help of her agents who will make sure individual home owners get the help they need. \n\nLisa Flowers\, President of East Parker County Chamber of Commerce\, has invited local tax professionals to be on hand as well\, including the following: \n\n\n	Stephen R. Dunson\, Senior Tax Consultant\, will be available to answer questions (but is not soliciting new clients).\n	Mary Robb and Greg Runnebaum of AAG American Advisory Group will be available  to discuss  alternative mortgage options for senior citizens to potentially tap into the equity of the homes with Home Equity Conversion Mortgages for Refinance or Purchase of next home.\n	Parker County Judge Pat Deen will be attending.
