About Us

Trey Loftin opened his law firm in Aledo and offers multiple services from his experience in family law, criminal law, business litigation & general practice.

Trey is a former District Judge of Parker County, is Board Certified in Criminal Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, and spent years prosecuting to jury all types of misdemeanor and felony cases before representing people charged with crimes for the defense for the last 20 years. He has also been appointed a “Special Prosecutor” for the State of Texas. Trey is nationally ranked as a ‘Top 100 Criminal Trial Lawyer’ by the National Association of Trial Lawyers, and is also experienced with CPS and Juvenile Investigations.

In Family Law, Trey has represented clients for Divorce, Custody, Child Support and Adoption, also for approximately 20 years. He has routinely been named a ‘Top Attorney for Family Law’ by Fort Worth Magazine and 360 West. More and more, this practice led to complicated litigation in businesses within families, and Trey’s civil and business litigation practices grew too. As a result, Trey was awarded the ‘Top Business Litigator’ by 360 West.

Among other memberships and awards, Trey is a Fellow of The Texas Bar Foundation, a Mentor with the Mahon Inn of Court, and a member of the Federalist Society. He has been blessed to work with many of the finest attorneys in Texas, and if Trey can’t help your problem, he can find you the best representation for your case.
