Dr. Tinius has been in education for 14 years. Having earned a Master's Degree in Curriculum & Instruction and a Doctoral Degree in Organizational Leadership, Dr. Tinius specializes in instructional leadership, increasing student achievement, supporting learning at high levels, and teaching strategies that support students from special populations. She is a John Maxwell Leadership Speaker who is passionate about personal growth, professional growth, and youth leadership.
Dr. Tinius is also a talented vocalist & musician. Her passion for education, ministry, music and the arts blended with her passion specifically for student discipleship led her to start this school of the arts for young Christian artists who have the opportunity to change culture for Christ through the arts.
She and her husband Damon have three grown children and one in high school. They have lived in and around the metroplex area for almost all 25+ years of their marriage.
