Commercial Lines Assistant Account Manager
Location: Hudson Oaks, TX (In Person)
Bryan Insurance Agency is seeking a Commercial Lines Assistant Account Manager to join our team in Hudson Oaks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to build a long-term career in commercial insurance. You'll receive hands-on training while working alongside experienced Account Managers, allowing you to develop the knowledge and skills needed to grow into an Account Manager role.
Responsibilities
- Assist Account Managers with day-to-day service for commercial insurance clients.
- Help market new and renewal business with insurance carriers.
- Prepare certificates, summaries of insurance, schedules, loss summaries, and proposals.
- Assist with claims, cancellations, endorsements, and other policy service activities.
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining accurate documentation and records.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an administrative, customer service, or office support role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude.
- Familiarity with insurance terminology and processes is a plus.
- Texas General Lines Property & Casualty License preferred (or willingness to obtain).
