About the Role

We are seeking a professional, friendly, and highly organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will greet visitors, answer phone calls, manage front desk operations, and provide administrative support to ensure the office runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome members and visitors with a positive, professional attitude.

  • Answer, screen, and forward phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner.

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.

  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.

  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.

  • Support internal teams with office management tasks as needed.

  • Ensure security procedures are followed by monitoring visitor logbooks and issuing badges when required.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.

  • Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk agent, or in a related role preferred.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Professional appearance and demeanor.

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Work Environment & Schedule

  •  this is an in-office,

  • Typical schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
