Tommy began working for Bryan Insurance in 2002 as the company Controller.  Even though he was new to the industry, he quickly established himself and was promoted to Chief Financial Officer. 

Since 2002, he has also been involved in the insurance industry at the state and national levels.  Tommy served several years on a non-profit industry association with members in the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.  He currently serves as the chairman of the Budget and Finance committee and servs on the board of directors of Independent Insurance Agents of Texas.

Tommy, a native of Graham, Texas, earned a bachelor’s degree in Finance from The University of Texas at Arlington, and a MBA from Midwestern State University.  He also holds the Certified Insurance Councilor (CIC) designation.

I previously worked in the oil and gas industry for 12 years and decided to move into a career where I could help the people I care about.  I returned to school in 2015 and received my MBA with an emphasis in finance from the TCU Neeley School of Business in December 2017.  Now I help the same individuals I worked with for so long to determine strategies for retirement, education savings, saving money on taxes, planning for the unexpected and estate considerations.  If you have financial questions, give me a call.  I can help. 

In 2006 Jeanna and her family decided to leave the city lights behind and join the Bearcat family. As she became more immersed in the community she fell in love with Parker County. When a position opened up in 2010 she was more than excited to join the Parker County Chamber family! As Director of Finance, she is responsible for all the business operations of the Chamber. She focuses on all accounting aspects, including member accounts and budgeting. Responsibilities include handling all needs of the Chamber as a business, itself.

Lisa Flowers, CCE, IOM
Lisa has served as President & CEO of the Parker County Chamber since May 2008 and has served in the industry for 19 years. In July 2013, Lisa received her nonprofit management certificate from the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, and in 2015 earning the CCE designation. Since the program was initiated more than 40 years ago, only about 500 individuals have earned this highest designation in the industry. 
Under her visionary leadership, the Parker County Chamber attained its 5-Star Accreditation from the U.S. Chamber of Commerce in June 2020, distinguishing it among the top 3% of chambers nationwide. This esteemed recognition reflects Lisa's unwavering dedication to excellence and strategic vision.
 

Hartley began her career in the chamber world in 2023. She immediately fell in love with the way she was able to be a part of a small business success story. When we expanded our team to include an Events Planner, she knew that this was a great time to pursue one of her favorite aspects of the chamber world. As the Events Planner, she is responsible for all of our fun networking events.

Mary Ann Wooldridge is the Director of Business Development at the Parker County Chamber of Commerce. With a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Concordia University in Austin, Texas, she has extensive experience as a Strategic Human Resources Business Partner. A long-time resident of Tarrant and Parker County since 1973, Mary Ann deeply understands the advantages of living and working in these economically growing areas. After five years of volunteering as a Chamber ambassador, she joined the staff, where she now focuses on membership, helping businesses align their goals through strategic networking, training, and partnership development.

Outside of work, Mary Ann enjoys volunteering at her local church, traveling to visit her daughter, and spending time with family and friends. Her faith plays a significant role in her life, enabling her to connect with others on a deeper level.
