Topic - Bringing it all to the table:  How faith informs leadership.
 
·  An integrated life matters: Separating work, personal life, and faith can lead to moral compromise; true integrity comes from viewing all areas of life through a single, God-centered lens rather than segmented rules.
·  Faith based leadership: Jesus’ teachings and the Beatitudes challenge cultural definitions of success, reframing hardship as opportunity and grounding leadership in relationship with God, not status or privilege.
·  Integrity over outcomes: Right choices do not always lead to immediate rewards.
·  Purpose-driven influence: God uses our talents, trials, and workplaces as training grounds to bless others; leadership that honors God flows from humility, service, and doing all things wholeheartedly as unto the Lord.
JACK W. HAYE
Jack became the third president of Patrick Henry College in 2015 after 30 years in the banking world as Senior Vice President of Corporate Lending and later as Executive Vice President and National Manager of Treasury Management Consulting. President Haye was a founding member of Patrick Henry College’s Board of Trustees in 1998 and served as Chairman of the Board from 1999-2015.
President Haye is beloved by the entire PHC community for his wisdom, his Christian sensitivity, and his practical insights. In addition to his duties as President, he teaches Leadership & Organizational Behavior as well as Competitive Strategies in the Economics and Business Analytics program.  He also leads a Leadership and Worldview camp each summer as part of PHC’s Teen Leadership Camp program. Jack and his wife, Carol, have been married for over 44 years. They are blessed with 1 daughter, 7 sons, and many grandchildren.
