Widespread severe thunderstorms are expected to form along a cold front to the west later in the afternoon which will move through most of the area during the evening. These storms could initially be isolated with threats for very large hail and tornadoes. After consulting with the Emergency Management Team, we have decided to change the format and NOT MEET IN PERSON TONIGHT but to ask the candidates to submit videos so we can post on the Chamber Facebook page on Thursday. Proposition A: The issuance of $123,800,000 of bonds by the Aledo Independent School
District for the construction, renovation, acquisition and equipment of school facilities in the District
(including, but not limited to, improvements to enhance safety and security), including the acquisition of
land therefor and the acquisition of new school buses, and levying the tax in payment thereof. This is a
property tax increase.
