Dr. Renea Skelton is a retired Air Force veteran, certified life and communication coach, author, and speaker who helps people strengthen how they connect, lead, and communicate. As the founder of RealWomen Connect™, she creates empowering spaces - both online and in person - where women grow through real conversations and community. Renea is also an award-winning children’s author of The Adventures of Henry the Hedgehog series, which teaches emotional awareness in fun, relatable ways. Through her coaching, workshops, and speaking, she helps individuals and organizations communicate with clarity, confidence, and heart.
