Location: Piamonte Coffee Trailers (various event and market locations in Parker County)
Schedule: Part-Time, flexible hours included weekends and special events)
Piamonte Coffee is a specialty coffee brand rooted in heritage, passion, and care. From farm to cup, we bring high-quality Colombian coffee with a focus on community, customer experience, and excellence in every brew.
We are looking for a friendly coffee lover, reliable, and energetic individual to join our team as a part-time helper at our coffee trailers. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, has a positive attitude, and wants to be part of a growing local business.
Assist with setup and breakdown of the coffee trailer at events and markets
Provide excellent customer service with a warm and welcoming attitude
Take customer orders, handle cash/card transactions accurately
Prepare and serve coffee and beverages according to Piamonte standards (training provided)
Restock supplies and maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
Support the team with promotional activities and engaging with customers
Represent Piamonte Coffee with professionalism and enthusiasm
Friendly, outgoing personality with good communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Previous customer service or food/beverage experience is a plus (but not required)
Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
Training provided – no barista experience necessary
