Tommy began working for Bryan Insurance in 2002 as the company Controller.  Even though he was new to the industry, he quickly established himself and was promoted to Chief Financial Officer. 

Since 2002, he has also been involved in the insurance industry at the state and national levels.  Tommy served several years on a non-profit industry association with members in the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.  He currently serves as the chairman of the Budget and Finance committee and servs on the board of directors of Independent Insurance Agents of Texas.

Tommy, a native of Graham, Texas, earned a bachelor’s degree in Finance from The University of Texas at Arlington, and a MBA from Midwestern State University.  He also holds the Certified Insurance Councilor (CIC) designation.

Lisa Flowers, CCE, IOM
Lisa has served as President & CEO of the Parker County Chamber since May 2008 and has served in the industry for 19 years. In July 2013, Lisa received her nonprofit management certificate from the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, and in 2015 earning the CCE designation. Since the program was initiated more than 40 years ago, only about 500 individuals have earned this highest designation in the industry. 
Under her visionary leadership, the Parker County Chamber attained its 5-Star Accreditation from the U.S. Chamber of Commerce in June 2020, distinguishing it among the top 3% of chambers nationwide. This esteemed recognition reflects Lisa's unwavering dedication to excellence and strategic vision.
