Moms spend so much time taking care of everyone else that their own needs usually come last. The Mama Reset is a free afternoon designed to change that, if only for a couple of hours.

We've partnered with local women's wellness experts from HerMovement Space, The Fem Method, and First Call Health to bring you an afternoon focused entirely on you. While your kids enjoy a free playdate with our PlaySpace team, you'll get to:

Get strong. Join a free workout built for real mom life, from lifting car seats to chasing toddlers.

Know your body. Learn what your core and pelvic floor are telling you from Dr. Nikki Berner, pelvic health expert and founder of The Fem Method.

Feel better. Pick up simple, realistic nutrition tips for more energy throughout your day.

Get a boost. Enjoy a free B12 shot for a little pick-me-up.
