Identity Theft – What’s NOT in the Headlines
The Women’s Business Alliance (WBA) will host Sheryl Powers on Friday, May 5, for the monthly luncheon to be held at Railhead Smokehouse BBQ from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
“Erroneous charges on your credit cards are just the tip of the iceberg. The serious identity theft is one’s actual identity, especially for Americans. We’ll explore a variety of identity theft and the latest Federal data breaches are a great example of our inability to stop identity theft,” said Powers.
WBA is designed to enable business owner’s growth opportunities by fostering business connections. To provide resources to improve business and personal skills, to educate and mentor young women to become business leaders in the community. The Women’s Business Alliance is a benefit of East Parker County Chamber of Commerce.
Railhead will be catering the event. Register online at: www.eastparkerchamber.com or call the chamber office for more information at (817) 441-7844.
