Women's Business Alliance Luncheon - April

Event Sponsors

COMMUNICATION CONNECTION-VERIZON WIRELESS

 WBA Millennial Panel Discussion
The Women’s Business Alliance will host a Millennial Panel with several young women from diverse workplaces to answer questions concerning what the Millennial generation’s expectations are from their employers.
Millennials are the demographic cohort following Generation X. There are no precise dates when the generation starts and ends; most researchers and commentators use birth years ranging from the early 1980s to the early 2000s.
The panel will feature: Kaitlyn Braddock from Providence Title; Michele Coppo, Massage Envy; Lindsey Bass, Nationwide; Aimee Baker, Communication Connection – Verizon Wireless and Dani Doak, Century 21 Lynch.   Come and hear from this generation of forward-thinking, creative young business women.

  • What do millennials expect from their work environment?
  • What is lacking from communication to millennials?
  • How can older generation build relationships with millennials?
  • As a millennial, what factors do you use to decide who you do business with?
  • What type of rewards and promotions do millennials expect in your work life?
  • Do you believe education or experience is important in growth with a company and should those play as factors in promotions?
These will be a few of the questions addressed at the luncheon on April 7, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. The event will be held at Squaw Creek Golf Course Clubhouse, 1605 Ranch House Road, Willow Park. Register online: www.EastParkerChamber.com or call the office for more information at   (817) 441-7844.
