Women's Business Alliance Luncheon

On-Air Communication Tactics for Off-Air Success 

Malone Ranger is the Midday Air Personality and Assistant Program Director at 95.9 "The Ranch" radio station in Fort Worth, TX. She will be the featured speaker for the Women’s Business Alliance luncheon on Friday, September 1, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Squaw Creek Golf Course Club House, 1605 Ranch House Rd., Willow Park, TX . She has worked in various major radio markets, including Phoenix, San Diego, and Dallas as an on-air radio personality. But there's more to Malone than meets the ear. Malone is also a dynamic and entertaining public speaker, as well as a recovering attorney and a very proud horse mom.

Malone specializes in helping companies improve communication by teaching employees to use on-air tactics for off-air success in business.  She draws upon her experiences as both a trial attorney and a professional broadcaster to provide useful communication techniques, as well as entertain audiences with a "behind-the-curtain" look at radio. 
The Women’s Business Alliance is a benefit of East Parker County Chamber of Commerce and is designed to provide resources for women to learn and improve business and personal skills. Aid and mentor women in utilizing best business practices.
