Family caregivers and health care professionals are invited to join us on Thursday, August 24th to hear guest speaker Heather McKay address the topic of Tips and Tools for Successful Dementia Care.
This seminar will help participants recognize behaviors that accompany dementia related conditions and discuss the key reasons why emotional distress is common among people living with dementia. Participants will learn to focus on the level of ability of their loved one instead of what has been lost.
