Steel Magnolias by Robert Harling

This well-known comedy is directed by Angela Powell, with Katherine Arthurs and Jordan Nissen as Assistant Directors and Selita Sprunger as Stage Manager. The Weatherford High School student interns are Lauren James (Director Intern), Jett Good (Stage Manager Intern), and Megan Butler (Lights and Sound Intern).

Concerned with a group of gossipy southern ladies in a small-town beauty parlor, the play is
alternately hilarious and touching – and, in the end, deeply revealing of the strength and
