Qualifications to Participate:

• Must be a new client 
• Must be pregnant or the biological parent or legal guardian of child under 36 months
• Photo I.D. required
• Parental Documentations for the child receiving diapers(birth cert. or S.S.) 

Your visit will take about 30 minutes at your appointed time!
