Moss Insurance Group Community Food Drive

The 3rd Annual Moss Insurance Group Community Food Drive will be held in front of Walmart, located at 2801 Interstate 20 in Hudson Oaks to drive food donations for the pantry shelves at Center of Hope. The local assistance ministry will share the donations with families residing in Parker County. Specifically chosen food items will be pre-bagged and tagged for purchase at the point of check out making it easy for community shoppers to add their donation when they finished with their shopping. The bags will be dropped off with the volunteers stationed at the front of the store. The Moss Insurance Group has partnered with Center of Hope previously by sharing grocery bags with a food list attached and then has collected the groceries through the month of October. This year the food drive will make it a little easier on the donor by allowing the purchase and delivery to take place all at the same place. The Hudson Oaks Walmart has worked with Center of Hope through its management development program. This allows members of the Walmart team to engage with their community and make an effort to assist others who may be going through a difficult time.
