Lunch & Learn-Writing a Successful Business Plan for 2016

"Writing a Successful Business Plan for 2016" will be presented by Randy Thomas, Small Business Consultant with Tarleton State University.

 The 45 minute workshop will provide insight for writing a successful business plan.  Thomas said, "Rather than attempting to teach everything there is to know about business planning in 45 minutes, we'll take our allotted time to deliver the most important facets of the business planning process, and creating a successful plan to maximize your business' success going into 2016...whether you're starting-up, expanding or just needing funding". A strong business plan will offer company structure, budgets, goals and future plans.  This class is invaluable to everyone in business and can be adapted to your current position; management, sales or an entrepreneur.
