Love/Sick by John Cariani
THEATRE OFF THE SQUARE IN WEATHERFORD proudly presents the next production of their 2019 Season of Shows – 20th Anniversary. Love/Sick is written by John Cariani and presented by special arrangement with Dramatists Play Service, Inc. The play is directed by Tyler Burden, with Corey Davis, Teresa Davis, and Wally Jones as Assistant Directors and Manny Garcia as Stage Manager. The show dates are weekends, May 3 - 19, 2019.
ASL interpreters will be at the performance on Friday, May 10 at 8:00 pm. Services are provided through a partnership with the American Sign Language Interpreting Program of Tarrant County College Trinity River Campus.
A darker cousin to Almost, Maine, John Cariani's Love/Sick is a collection of nine slightly twisted and completely hilarious short plays. Set on a Friday night in an alternate suburban reality, this 80-minute romp explores the pain and the joy that comes with being in love. Tickets are $16 for adults and $14 for seniors (60+)/students/children under school age. Matinee tickets are $13 for all ages and no other discounts apply. Choose your seats and purchase your tickets to any performance online by visiting the website www.theatreoffthesquare.org. The theatre Box Office is open from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm Thursday evenings to purchase tickets and to reserve seats. Groups of 10 or more may reserve seating with prepaid admission of $14 per person on Fridays and Saturdays and $12 per person on Sundays
