FREE DAY OF YOGA! MONDAY LABOR DAY!

FREE DAY OF YOGA IS MONDAY!  Indra’s Grace will be hosting free classes Labor Day morning, Monday, September 5th.  Every September Yoga studios across the nation come together to offer free classes to community to help raise awareness about all the health benefits of this wonderful practice.  Please invite your friends, family, coworkers, and neighbors to try a Yoga class.  This is a great opportunity to bring your friends and family to try a free introductory hatha yoga class. All classes are suitable for all ages and levels, however, participants do need to able to move up and down off the floor on their own.  Please help support this event by forwarding this information to everyone you know!
