Weatherford College Fine and Performing Arts presents a guest artist recital by Pianist Carter Johnson, the 2023 Weatherford International Piano Competition Winner!

Join us for a special evening with internationally acclaimed pianist Carter Johnson, returning to Weatherford for his third performance since winning the 2023 WC International Piano Competition. Johnson has recently earned global recognition as a finalist of the prestigious 2025 Van Cliburn International Piano Competition, further solidifying his reputation as one of today’s most exciting rising artists.

Praised for his artistry and versatility, Johnson presents a captivating program featuring works by Ravel, Prokofiev, Schumann, and contemporary Polish composer Hanna Kulenty.
