Aledo Thanksgiving Trot

One mile fun run and 5K run benefiting Amber Weeks.
Amber is 34 years old and was an AISD student from 3 years of age until she turned 22. Her mother, Pam, has been employed by AISD for 28 years. Amber has significant Cognitive Intellectual disabilities along with Multiple Physical issues. Now, Amber and her parents are facing a whole new set of challenges. She was diagnosed with Stage 2 colon cancer. She had surgery to remove a portion of her colon and was hospitalized for 3 weeks with numerous doctors, a multitude of tests, and the lengthy hospital stay, Amber's medical bills have reached unsurmountable proportions with more to come. These expenses have and will continue to put a tremendous financial burden on this family. Please pray for Amber and join us in helping to support Amber and her family.
