We will be following the Panchakarma Plan of Indian Ayurvedic Medicine. This includes an assessment of your body/mind type to find out which foods are best for you, individually. This is not a Diet. This is introduction to healthy lifestyle choices according to your Doshas (mind/body constitution)

This is can create an amazing shift away from stress, anxiety, depression and addictive behaviors (food and others things that keep us from our best selves). The commitment I make to you as a student must be met with your commitment to care for and love your self. 21 Days of guided meditation from Deepak's amazing Free 21 Day Meditation series will be enjoyed together, bringing us all closer to meeting our goals in creating and maintaining health and happiness.

The meditation daily download is free. The rate for the Mon-Fri 6am classes, Ayurvedic assessment, and Panchakarma Plan for weightloss and detox is regularly $488.
