Tammy Decker has worked in Human Resources for over 20 years. Before working in the Oil & Gas industry\, Tammy worked in Financial Services at First American Payment Systems\, Ameritrade and Heritage/Brazos Bank all located in the DFW area.  Tammy also provides HR consulting services through her own consulting business Resolutions HR. Tammy will offer Performance Management tips during her thirty-minute presentation.  \n\n \n\nMrs. Decker got her Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin and her Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Arlington.  She carries both the Senior Professional in Human Resources and Senior Certified Professional in HR licenses. \n\n \n\nTammy is married to Andrew Decker\, a criminal defense attorney here in Parker County with two sons: Austin (a sophomore studying Biochemistry at the University of Texas at Austin) and Travis (an 8th grade at Aledo Middle School).
