Jan serves alongside her father in his Pastorate and in many other capacities from teaching to leading worship.\n\n\n\nJan Aderholt's platform is used to inspire the next generation for servant leadership through the art of giving time\, talent and treasure. Her leadership message includes setting the example and how to pass the baton on to the next generation. In addition to her Doctorate from Texas University of Theology\, she is an Executive Director with John Maxwell.\n\n\n\nHer greatest accomplishments are her precious children and grandchildren.
