Fran is a graduate of Texas A & M University. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. She was named "CPA of the Year" while a member of the Austin Chapter of TSCPA in 1995-1996. She has been with Snow Garrett Williams since 2001. As a Tax and Accounting professional\, she handles individual\, corporate\, partnership\, fiduciary and nonprofit taxes. Fran is a current member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants\, Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants and Fort Worth Chapter of Certified Public Accountants. Fran and her husband\, Bud have two sons. She attends the United Methodist Church in Aledo and is a proud supporter of the Aledo Bearcat Band.\n\nWe are excited to have Fran as our 2017 Women's Business Alliance Chairwoman.
