DESCRIPTION:Timeline\n\n5pm-6pm All ticketed guests will arrive and gather in the Northeast quadrant of the square for APPETIZER AVENUE on Austin Avenue for check-in and welcome reception. When you check-in\, you will find hosts available to assist you with your table location.\n\nMix and mingle with friends\, while enjoying hors d'oeuvres!\n\n7:00pm Guests will be dismissed to their ticketed seats on York Avenue. We will be dining Al Fresco\, while enjoying the Sunset on the Square. We do have assigned seating\, by tables. Each table seats 8 guests. If you purchase fewer than 8 tickets\, you will be sharing a table.\n\n7:00-7:15pm DINNER service will begin.\n\nReata will provide their set event menu with a salad and dinner. Vegetarian Meals will be provided upon request. Dinner Menus are available on the Facebook event page (after March 15th).\n\n**Please let us know prior to the event if you would prefer the vegetarian selection by simply shooting us an email with your name\, and your table sponsor or host (person that purchased the tickets - March 15th). **\n\nPlease keep in mind this is a slow\, relaxed evening with your friends. We have worked very hard to ensure this event is well staffed. We want you to enjoy an amazing dinner\, the sunset\, and the beauty of Downtown Weatherford. We hope to wrap up\, just after the sunset\, with sparklers around 9:30.
