DESCRIPTION:Recruiting the Right Employees\n\n\n\nEast Parker County Chamber will host keynote speaker Tammy Decker\, VP of Human Resources at TG Mercer Consulting Services located in Willow Park\, Texas. Tammy Decker has worked in Human Resources for over 20 years. Before working in the Oil & Gas industry\, Tammy worked in Financial Services at First American Payment Systems\, Ameritrade and Heritage/Brazos Bank all located in the DFW area.  Tammy also provides HR consulting services through her own consulting business Resolutions HR. Tammy will offer tips on Recruiting the Right Employee during her thirty-minute presentation.  \n\n \n\nMrs. Decker got her Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin and her Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Arlington.  She carries both the Senior Professional in Human Resources and Senior Certified Professional in HR licenses. \n\n \n\nTammy is married to Andrew Decker\, a criminal defense attorney here in Parker County with two sons: Austin (a sophomore studying Biochemistry at the University of Texas at Austin) and Travis (an 8th grade at Aledo Middle School).  Beyond work and family\, Tammy enjoys hot yoga\, Vacation Bible School at Aledo UMC and ice tea at McKinleys.\n\n\n\nThe luncheon is scheduled for Wednesday\, March 14\, 2018 at New River Fellowship located at 3252 E. I-20 Service Road in Hudson Oaks from 11:20-1:00 PM.
