DESCRIPTION:Theatre Off The Square announces auditions for Macbeth by William Shakespeare\, co-directed by Edwina Himes and Hank Baldree. Auditions will be held at Theatre Off The Square\, 114 N. Denton St.\, Weatherford (www.theatreoffthesquare.org)\, on Feb. 19-20\, 6:30 pm. Callbacks will be held at the same location on Feb. 22\, also at 6:30 pm. Rehearsals are scheduled for March 19   April 26\, with performances on April 27-28 at the Shakespeare in the Park Festival at Weatherford's Heritage Park Amphitheater. The audition will consist of a cold read from the script. No accents are required. Please come prepared with a list of any conflicts between March 19 & April 28. \n\nMacbeth is Shakespeare's shortest play. It is a tragedy staged in Scotland. "It dramatizes the damaging physical and psychological effects of political ambition on those who seek power for their own sakes."\n\nAll roles are available.\n\n-The Three Witches.
